Conditions

I offer an initial interview to get to know one another. For this I charge 25 Euro. This amount will be drawn off the first session.

We can then decide together how we want to proceed:

• It is possible to take single hours of counseling to discuss acute problems.
• We can agree on a series of hours as a form of short-term therapy for crisis intervention.
• Or you can decide to take a long-term guidance/therapy.

Whatever form we decide on – my approach is always holistic and not merely limited to dealing with the “symptoms”.
One prerequisite for our work together is an openness on your part for new perspectives and a wish to develop. We will also turn our attention to and explore unpleasant and disconcerting themes and questions; together we will seek to “spin straw into gold”.

Costs:

A therapy session (55 minutes) costs 50 euros. Reductions are available for those on low incomes and discounts are possible. A counseling contract can be concluded if desired. Refunds from private health insurers and special benefits (complementary insurance schemes for alternative practitioners) are possible; please apply with your health insurer.

Should you be unable to keep an agreed appointment please notify me 24 hours in advance; otherwise payment in full is due.

I reflect on my own work in regular supervision and intervision sessions. I also continue to undertake training courses, currently in Somatic Experiencing (trauma therapy based on Peter Levine).Please note: counseling or therapy is no substitute for medical treatment in case of illness.
